Sales Associate – Watches (Female, Arabic Speaker)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Associate to join our watch retail team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in retail sales, strong customer service skills, and the ability to assist customers in selecting watches while delivering a premium shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide professional, friendly assistance.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable watches.
• Explain product features, pricing, and brand details clearly.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain attractive product displays and store cleanliness.
• Handle POS billing, payments, and basic documentation.
• Support inventory management and stock checks.
• Build long-term customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Female candidate with 2–3 years of retail sales experience (luxury watches preferred).
• Fluent in Arabic & Good English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Sales-driven, presentable, and confident.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR5,500.00 per month
