Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, providing excellent service at all times.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and policies.
• Handle transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Ensure store/office is well-presented, stocked, and organized.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, POS systems).
• Fluency in English; [Arabic/other language] is a plus.
