Job Description — Verifier / Self Verifier (ACA, Medicare & MVA Campaigns)

Join our dynamic team as a Verifier or Self Verifier for our US-based ACA, Medicare, and Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA)campaigns. We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, and confident communicator to verify leads, confirm client information, and pre-qualify potential customers for further processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls for ACA, Medicare,and MVAcampaigns.
• Verify and collect lead information with accuracy.
• Confirm details such as eligibility, policy, accident information, or final expense needs.
• Pre-qualify leads based on campaign-specific criteria.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive data.
• Achieve daily/weekly targets and meet performance KPIs.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in a BPO, healthcare, insurance, or US-based process (preferred).
• Freshies with Excellent Communication
• Excellent English communication skills with a neutral or US accent.
• Knowledge of ACA, Medicare, and MVA terminology is a strong plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
