About the Role


We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Section Head - Sales Audit Executive to join our dynamic Finance team at cairo office. his critical role ensures that the company’s internal policies, mechanisms and guidelines around sales, distributors and revenue processes comply with regulatory standards, senior management's guidelines, and industry practices.


Responsibilities



  • Audit Planning & Execution: Develop and implement structured audit plans, including scheduling regular and surprise audits across markets and distributors to ensure consistent compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Sales Transaction Verification: Review and validate daily sales transactions across all channels (retail, online, wholesale) to ensure accurate and timely recording in the system.
  • Reconciliation of Sales & Payments: Reconcile sales data with various payment methods (cash, credit cards, digital payments) and investigate any discrepancies between reported sales and actual receipts.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure full adherence to internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Monitor the application of discounts and promotional activities.
  • System & Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current sales audit processes and recommend improvements. Participate in testing and implementation of SFA system upgrades.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Finance, Sales and Operations teams to resolve issues, align on processes, and support internal audits with required documentation.
  • Distributor Investment Equation Review: Review and validate distributor investment equations to ensure accuracy and alignment with company financial models and profitability expectations.
  • Distributor Tools Verification: Audit and confirm the accuracy of distributor tools recorded in the cost model, ensuring they are properly documented and aligned with contractual agreements.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate and share daily, weekly, and monthly audit reports. Analyze sales performance and associated risks, identify anomalies, and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Training & Support: Train accountants, data entry personnel, and sales teams on proper use of sales tools, data entry standards, and compliance procedures. Provide continuous support for sales-related queries.


Qualifications



  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Sales audit & sales operation in the FMCG sector.
  • SAP Expertise: Proficiency in SAP (SD & FI).
  • Excel Mastery: Recognized as an Excel guru —advanced skills in formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, Power Query.
  • Digitalization: Will play a pivotal role in the finance digitalization journey of the company, with experience in advanced reporting tools like Power BI and workflow management (e.g., Microsoft Forms).
  • Analytical & Communication: Strong ability to interpret complex data, driven strategic decisions, and communicate clearly across functions.
