Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to drive digital sales growth, manage lead conversions, and expand our global presence. The ideal candidate has proven experience in online/digital sales, preferably in EdTech or healthcare, with a data-driven and results-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

>Convert leads into enrollments to meet sales targets.

>Manage and optimize the digital sales funnel.

>Develop and execute growth strategies for global markets.

>Collaborate with marketing to enhance lead quality.

>Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports.

Requirements:

>Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing (MBA preferred).

>3–6 years of proven digital/online sales experience.

>Strong CRM, data analysis, and communication skills.

>Target-driven and proactive approach.
