Key Responsibilities :

Sales & Business Development : IPD

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the oil & gas sector.
• Meeting EPCs, visiting greenfield/new-build sites, building new relationships, and
• turning opportunities into real results.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
• Develop sales strategies specific to hydraulic and industrial machinery products.
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Confidence working with EPCs & subcontractors
• Technical a inity and a proactive, energetic approach
• Ability to travel 60–80% across the region
• Fluent English (additional languages = bonus)
• Customer Engagement
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and end users.
• Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations.
• Attend customer meetings, site visits, and industry events.

Technical Consultation

• Provide technical support & product solutions tailored to client needs.
• Interpret client requirements and recommend appropriate hydraulic solutions.
• Coordinate with engineering teams for custom configurations.
• Market Analysis
• Conduct market research on competitors, products, pricing, and industry trends.
• Provide feedback to management on market needs and opportunities.Reporting & Coordination
• Report weekly/monthly sales activities and pipeline status.
• Coordinate with internal departments: procurement, logistics, engineering.

Qualifications :

Education

Diploma/bachelor’s degree in mechanical/production engineering, Industrial

Engineering, Hydraulics, or related technical field.

Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in sales or application support for hydraulic systems and industrial machinery.
• Experience in the Oil & Gas industry preferred.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of hydraulic components, systems, and applications.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with industrial machinery and equipment.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Negotiation and customer relationship management.
• Self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented.

Driving License

• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• Ready to travel across UAE for client visits and site inspections.
