Position: Sales & Business Development Executive

Location: Al Quoz Industrial Area 4, Dubai – UAE

Industry: Concerts, Conferences, Award Shows, Corporate Events, Product Launches, Sports Events, Gala Dinners, Opening & Closing Ceremonies, Weddings & Private Parties

Services: Audio, Lights, Stage, LED Screens, Truss & Rigging, Lasers, Special Effects (SFX)

Experience: 2–5 years in Sales / Business Development (preferably AV or Event Management industry)

Nationality: open to all nationalities

Gender: Male

Education: B.Com / BBA / MBA / Event Management

Languages: English & Hindi

Compensation: Based on experience (to be discussed in interview)

Driving License: Valid UAE Driving License preferred

Key Responsibilities

Develop new AV sales opportunities by targeting event management companies, 5-star hotels, corporates, conference organizers, and wedding planners.

Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure business growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Prepare accurate cost estimates and negotiate pricing effectively.
Collaborate with operations & logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Provide tailored AV solutions that meet client requirements.
Be an active participant in industry networking groups and events to promote company services.

Desired Candidate Profile

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation & analytical abilities
Customer-friendly and problem-solving approach
2–5 years of proven sales/business development experience in AV rentals / events industry
Valid UAE Driving License (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
