Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving media sales, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our publications, events, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities for media sales (print, digital, sponsorships, and events).
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and editorial teams to create customized proposals and solutions for clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, potential clients, and growth opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates on sales performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (3+ years preferred) in business development, sales, or media sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Experience in B2B media, events, or advertising sales is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
