Sales / Business Development - Interior Fitout

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying and securing new opportunities within the Interior Fitout sector. This role requires a strategic approach to business development, coupled with strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.

• Market Research:
• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitor activities. Use insights gathered to develop targeted strategies for business growth.
• Lead Generation:
• Generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging online platforms. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs and requirements to effectively position our fitout solutions and services.
• Proposal Development:
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients. Tailor solutions to meet their specific project requirements and budget constraints.
• Negotiation and Closing:
• Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable contracts. Work closely with the project management team to ensure smooth handover and execution of projects.
• Collaboration:
• Collaborate with internal teams including design, estimation, and project management to develop innovative solutions that meet client expectations and project objectives.
• Reporting and Forecasting:
• Maintain accurate records of business development activities and provide regular reports to senior management. Forecast sales targets and track progress towards achieving them.
• Industry Networking: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the company's network and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.

Proven experience in sales/business development within the fitout Industry.

Russian speaking will be an advantage but not mandatory

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop actionable plans.

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
