Sales & Business Development Representative

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales & Business Development Representative to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth initiatives. This role is suited for professionals with early sales experience who can independently manage outreach activities and contribute to pipeline development in a B2B/technology services environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and engage potential clients through multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking)
  • Generate qualified leads and convert them into meetings and sales opportunities
  • Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand client needs
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations, proposals, and quotations
  • Maintain and manage CRM pipeline with accurate and up-to-date information
  • Follow up consistently to progress prospects through the sales funnel
  • Support closing activities in coordination with senior sales leadership
  • Track outreach, conversion, and pipeline metrics against targets
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–2 years experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (B2B preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability in lead generation and client engagement
  • Confidence in presentations and negotiations
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and LinkedIn outreach
  • Goal-oriented with ownership mindset
