Sales Call Center Representative

Are you a confident communicator with a passion for telesales and leadership? We are looking for an Sales Call Center Representative with 6 months to 1 year of experience in a call center or outbound sales environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on cold calling, enjoys coaching others, and wants to lead a team to success while driving performance and optimizing outbound strategies for higher conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and manage a team of cold-calling agents to achieve daily and monthly performance targets
  • Make outbound calls to generate qualified leads and boost conversions
  • Coach and mentor team members on call scripts, sales techniques, and communication skills
  • Set, track, and report on individual and team KPIs (call volume, lead quality, conversions)
  • Qualify leads and either close deals directly or pass them to the sales team
  • Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations
  • Ensure accurate data entry and reporting in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and campaigns
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends

Experience & Requirements:

  • 6 months – 1 year of call center or outbound sales experience (required)
  • Experience in SEO campaigns or digital marketing (a plus)
  • Previous leadership or team management experience (preferred)
  • Strong outbound sales, lead generation, and campaign management background
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and call tracking tools
  • Skilled in objection handling, closing deals, and motivating teams
  • Strong organizational, time management, and reporting abilities
