Role Overview
We’re looking for a Team Lead – Call Center Operations to oversee daily BPO operations, ensure top-notch performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise & mentor call center agents.

· Monitor KPIs & drive performance improvements.

· Ensure SLA compliance & operational efficiency.

· Handle escalations & coordinate with cross-functional teams.

· Provide coaching, feedback & performance reviews.

Qualifications

· 1+ year of team lead experience in a BPO/Call Center.

· Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills.

· Experience managing KPIs, reports & client expectations.

· Bachelor’s degree (required).

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
