Sales Call Prospector (Cold Calling + Lead Follow-Up)

About Us

SPG Vending Solutions and Company Coffee Shop elevate breakrooms across DFW with vending, micro-markets, AI smart coolers, and office coffee programs. We are looking for a steady, organized prospector who can consistently create new conversations and convert interest into qualified appointments and new accounts.

The Role

This position is focused on outbound prospecting and fast follow-up. You will make daily cold calls, follow up on leads from email campaigns and website activity, and document every outcome clearly so our team can move opportunities forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 50 cold calls per day (minimum expectation)
  • Follow up with warm leads from email campaigns, brochure downloads, inbound requests, and callbacks
  • Qualify prospects and set appointments for the sales team
  • Complete daily call logs and written summaries, including:
  • Who you contacted and their role
  • Outcome and next step
  • Notes that help us close
  • Keep accurate records in our CRM
  • Maintain consistent follow-up until the prospect is closed, disqualified, or scheduled

Required Performance Standards

  • 50 outbound dials/day
  • Same-day or next-business-day follow-up on warm leads
  • Clean notes and timely task completion
  • Consistent appointment setting with qualified decision makers

Compensation Pay

  • $30,000/year + Commission
