We’re looking for motivated Real Estate Sales Consultants to join our Primary Sales team and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay up to date with the dynamic real estate market, including projects, developers, and inventory.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on properties, locations, and investment opportunities based on their needs.
  • Engage and build relationships with potential clients to facilitate property purchases.
  • Assess clients’ preferences and financial capabilities to deliver tailored recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates on deal progress through the CRM system.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings for prospective clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and developers throughout the contracting process.
  • Ensure all contractual terms are met while protecting the interests of all parties.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients post-sale and provide continuous market insights.


Requirements


From 6 months up to 4 years of experience in real estate sales.

Strong command of written and spoken English.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Target-driven mindset with a strong passion for sales.
