Sales Closer

Job Description:

Ad Snipper is hiring a motivated Sales Closer to convert incoming leads from our landing-page ads into successful clients.
The ideal candidate will be confident in communicating with international customers, understanding their needs, and closing sales through clear, professional conversations.

This is an onsite role, ideal for someone with strong English (verbal and written) skills and a sales-driven mindset.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday — 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM
Saturday: 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle leads generated from online ads and marketing campaigns.
• Call and follow up with potential clients to understand their requirements.
• Confidently pitch Ad Snipper’s digital marketing services and close deals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and sales status.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a high client satisfaction rate.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Confident, outgoing personality with a sales mindset.
• Strong listening and persuasive skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing services (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups professionally.
• Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is a plus.
