Sales Closer

Job Description:

Mars BPO Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Sales Closers to join our in-house international campaigns. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented with a passion for achieving results. You will play a key role in converting warm leads into successful sales through strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with international clients via phone calls
• Work collaboratively with the sales and support team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Strong English communication and listening skills.
• Previous call center or sales experience is a plus (freshers are also encouraged to apply).
• Ability to work in night shifts
• Availability for the night shift (6 PM – 4 AM).What We Offer:
