Role Overview: We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Closer to manage the final stage of the car buying journey. This role is responsible for coordinating between customers and financing partners, ensuring all documentation is complete, payments are secured, and deals are closed smoothly.
Mission:
Your mission is to ensure every approved deal moves from confirmation to delivery seamlessly, with full transparency, accurate documentation, and a smooth customer experience.
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (On-site)
Work Week: Sunday – Thursday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Saudi Arabia Standard Time)

Collect and verify all required customer documents for financing and purchase.

Follow up closely with both customers and financing partners to move deals forward.

Ensure all pricing, terms, and financing details are clearly explained to the customer.

Confirm receipt of all payments (financed and cash portions).

Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth and timely vehicle delivery.

Track deal status and maintain accurate updates across systems.

Proactively resolve any issues that may delay closing or delivery.

Ensure a seamless end-to-end closing experience for every customer.

Experience in car sales, financing, or deal closing (dealership, marketplace, or similar).

Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

High attention to detail with documentation and payments.

Strong communication skills and customer handling.

Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders (customers, finance, operations).

Ability to manage multiple deals at different stages.
