Role Description


We are looking for a high-performing Sales Closer with proven experience in closing digital marketing deals. Your primary responsibility will be converting qualified leads into paying clients through discovery calls, presentations, follow-ups, and negotiation.


You will work closely with the marketing and strategy teams to understand client needs and recommend the right mix of services such as SEO, paid ads, social media marketing, and funnel solutions.


This role is ideal for someone confident on calls, target-driven, persuasive, and experienced in handling decision-makers.


Job Responsibilities:


1. Strong Communication, negotiation, closings skills to effectively convert leads and meet targets.

2. Customer Relationship Management and ability to maximize client satisfaction.

3.Proficiency in Sales Strategies, objection handling, consulting selling techniques.

4.Basic knowledge of digital marketing services such as SEO, social media management, and PPC is a plus.

5.Exceptional persuasion and problem-solving skills to address client and provide tailored solutions.

6. Previous sales experience, especially in the digital marketing domain, is highly preferred.

7. Make heavy outbound Calls to the International Businesses in USA.

8. Develop and Execute strategies to generate International sales lead and achieve monthly targets within the BPO domain via Cold Calling..

9. Clearly explain our value proposition and answer basic questions about Digital Marketing products.

10. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's overall revenue goals.

11. Maintain accurate record of all sales activities, pipelines and client communications using CRM tools.



Job Qualification and Skills:


1. Excellent verbal English communication skills.

2. 1 -2 years of Sales experience in the Call Center Industry.

3. Confident phone presence with the ability to handle objections.

4. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.



Time:


7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Saturday & Sunday off days)

Base Pay: 80k- 150k + Incentive
