Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM)

Working Days: Monday – Friday (Sat & Sun Off)

Salary: Up to PKR 150,000 + USD Commission (Uncapped)

We are now hiring a results-driven Sales Closer to join our high-performance team.

Role Overview:

As a Business Development Manager (Sales Closer), you will handle sales calls, understand client requirements, and close high-value deals for SEO and website development services in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct sales calls with US-based clients
• Present SEO and website development services effectively
• Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions
• Handle objections and close deals confidently
• Maintain CRM records and follow-ups

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of proven experience in closing deals with US clients
• Strong English communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in SEO or website development sales is preferred
• Ability to handle objections and close high-ticket deals
• Must be able to work onsite (6 PM – 3 AM)
• Target-oriented and self-motivated

• Basic salary up to 150K PKR
• Uncapped USD commission per sale

This role is strictly for experienced Sales Closers . Freshers are not eligible.
