Sales Closer – Remote

Are you a confident communicator with a proven track record in closing sales? We’re seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Closer to join our remote team. If you’re tech-savvy, have strong English communication skills, and at least 2 years of proven sales experience—ideally in the immigration sector—this role is for you.

About the Role

As a Sales Closer, you’ll handle warm leads, conduct detailed discovery calls, and guide prospects through the sales process to successfully close deals. You’ll build trust, manage objections, and ensure a seamless handoff to the onboarding team. This role requires a sales-oriented mindset with a strong focus on long-term revenue generation and maximizing returns from closed sales, not just one-time conversions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in immigration consultancy or other service-based industries
  • Strong sales-oriented mindset with the ability to focus on the bigger picture of revenue generation and return from sales
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with minimal accent and strong listening ability
  • Proven ability to independently close deals and manage the full sales cycle
  • Comfortable using CRMs (SuiteCRM experience is a plus)
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and processes
  • Self-driven, professional, and target-focused
  • Available to start immediately

Responsibilities

  • Conduct sales calls with qualified leads and guide them through informed decision-making
  • Close deals while ensuring a smooth handoff to the onboarding team
  • Maintain and update accurate lead records in the CRM
  • Follow up with prospects to address objections, hesitations, or missing information
  • Work strategically to maximize revenue potential from each lead
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
