Responsibilities:

• Create and follow sales plans to meet targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Confidently negotiate and close sales
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Handle objections, resolve client concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain proper follow-ups and conversion tracking

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Truck Dispatch Sales
• Strong English communication and listening skills
• Positive, confident, and solution-oriented attitude
• Ability to convince and negotiate with clients.
• Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills
• Hard-working, disciplined, and target-focused mindset

Working Hours:
