Sales Coach - Mentoring Worlds Leading AI Community

The AAA Accelerator, founded by Liam Ottley, is seeking a Sales Coach to mentor our community of AI entrepreneurs in mastering sales strategies that turn leads into high-paying clients for their AI Automation Agencies. As a Sales Coach, you’ll lead workshops, engage in our community channels, and deliver personalized coaching calls, sharing your expertise to help members close deals and scale their businesses. We’re looking for a sales expert who lives and breathes the art of selling, someone with professional experience, a passion for teaching, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. While AI knowledge is a bonus, your proven ability to drive sales success is what will empower our members to win.


Key Responsibilities

Live Coaching & Training - Host coach-led workshops, providing training different aspects of sales. - Conduct one-on-one coaching calls to refine members’ sales process. Community Engagement & Support - Actively participate in community channels answering questions and offering expert sales advice.
Sales Strategy - Teach members how to craft high-converting sales processes, nurturing processes, and optimizing their sales skills - Guide members in converting interested prospects into long term clients - Help analyzing sales processes to troubleshoot & find improvements that can be made Collaboration & Program Growth - Work closely with Success Managers and leadership team to align coaching with member needs. - Offer feedback to improve outreach resources and workshops, enhancing program effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales, ideally as a closer or sales leader, with a track record of consistently hitting or exceeding targets (e.g., B2B sales, high-ticket deals). -Deep expertise in sales nuances: crafting offers, running discovery calls, handling objections, negotiating, and closing deals with confidence. -Experience coaching, mentoring, or training others in sales strategies, preferably in a business or entrepreneurial context. -Strong teaching skills, with the ability to break down sales tactics into clear, actionable steps for workshops and calls. -Familiarity with CRM platforms -A proactive, results-driven approach, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills to guide members effectively. -Understanding of sales psychology and buyer behavior to teach persuasive techniques. -Passion for helping entrepreneurs grow their revenue through sales mastery. -Bonus: Knowledge of AI or automation industries, though your sales expertise is the priority.
