Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Strategy & Development

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales training strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Design onboarding programs for new sales hires and partner brokers.
  • Create training modules covering project knowledge, sales techniques, CRM use, and customer engagement.

2. Sales Performance & Capability Building

  • Assess training needs through performance data, feedback, and field observation.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions and refresher programs for underperforming teams.
  • Introduce advanced sales skills training (negotiation, objection handling, closing techniques).

3. Product & Market Knowledge

  • Collaborate with project and marketing teams to ensure accurate and updated product knowledge.
  • Deliver regular sessions on new launches, masterplans, pricing, and payment structures.
  • Train teams on market trends, competitor projects, and buyer profiles.

4. Broker & Partner Enablement

  • Develop specialized training programs for external brokerage partners.
  • Conduct international and local training workshops for channel partners and agencies.
  • Support brokers with sales kits, presentations, and certification programs.

5. Monitoring & Reporting

  • Evaluate training effectiveness through KPIs, sales conversion rates, and feedback surveys.
  • Maintain training records, reports, and dashboards for management review.
  • Recommend continuous improvements in training content and delivery.

6. Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead a team of trainers and coordinators to execute training plans effectively.
  • Work closely with HR, Marketing, and Sales leaders to align training with business objectives.
  • Represent the company in sales exhibitions, events, and roadshows when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3–5 years in a training leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of off-plan real estate, sales operations, and brokerage dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and e-learning platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
