Sales & Commercial Analyst

We are a fast-growing beverage production and distribution company based in Karachi, supplying products across retail, HoReCa, and distribution channels. As our business scales, we are looking for a Sales & Commercial Analyst to bring structure, visibility, and insight into our sales and commercial performance.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable working with large datasets and translating them into clear reports, dashboards, and business insights that support real commercial decisions.

You will work closely with sales, finance, and management to monitor performance, evaluate profitability, and improve decision-making.

What You Will Be Doing

You will be working daily with sales and operational data to:

• Build and maintain sales dashboards and performance reports using Excel and Power BI
• Analyze sales performance by product, customer, and channel
• Track margins, pricing, and discount impact on profitability
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across products and customers
• Support forecasting, demand planning, and inventory planning
• Extract and organize data from ERP and internal systems
• Improve reporting accuracy, structure, and efficiency

What You Should Already Be Comfortable With

You should have hands-on experience using:

• Microsoft Excel (Advanced) – Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query
• Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools – building dashboards and reports
• Working with structured business data such as sales, pricing, and customer data
• ERP systems or databases (SAP, Odoo, Zoho, Oracle, or similar)
• SQL is a plus, but not mandatory

Candidates who have built sales dashboards, automated reports, or analyzed commercial performance data will be strongly preferred.

Experience Required

• 3–5 years of experience in a Sales Analyst, Commercial Analyst, or Business Analyst role
• Experience in FMCG, beverage, food, retail, or distribution industries is highly preferred
• Masters Degree in Business or similar field
