Position Overview:

The Sales & Concept Designer will be responsible for providing personalized furniture and interior design solutions to customers while achieving sales targets. This hybrid role requires a combination of design creativity and sales expertise—helping clients visualize spaces, create layouts, and select products that align with Enza Home’s brand aesthetics and customer preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, understand their furniture and décor needs, and provide expert product recommendations.
• Develop design concepts, mood boards, and space plans using design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.).
• Create and present 2D/3D layout proposals to customers for customized interior solutions.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective customer engagement and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the sales and visual merchandising team to maintain Enza Home’s showroom aesthetics.
• Ensure accurate price quotations, product details, and order documentation.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and Enza Home product ranges.
• Manage after-sales support and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
• Participate in sales events, exhibitions, and design consultations.
• Coordinate with the operations and logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or Business Administration.
• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in furniture retail sales or interior design consultation (preferably in a premium furniture brand).
• Strong aesthetic sense with an understanding of design principles, color schemes, and space planning.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented mindset with strong negotiation and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
