Sales Consultant

Mirage Minds is seeking a motivated and versatile IT & Design Sales Consultant to drive business growth by offering tailored creative and technical solutions to clients across Dubai. This role blends strategic sales in design services such as branding, website, logo design, and SEO with the consultative selling of IT and digital transformation tools. You’ll play a key role in expanding our client base, delivering value-driven proposals, and ensuring seamless collaboration between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Mirage Minds' IT and design services in Dubai.
• Stay up to date on industry trends in IT, design, digital products, and competitor offerings.
• Conduct client meetings to understand their business goals and needs in branding, web platforms, marketing, software, and digital tools.
• Present our offerings, including website design, logo creation, SEO, and IT solutions.
• Deliver tailored proposals and product demos that align with client objectives.
• Negotiate contracts to close sales and meet revenue targets.
• Build long-term client relationships through excellent service and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project requirements are met and delivered on time.
• Use CRM tools like Salesforce to track leads and manage the sales pipeline.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide innovative solutions.

Requirements:

• 2+ years proven experience in B2B sales—ideally in IT services, software, web design, UX/UI, or digital solutions
• Demonstrated experience in sales, ideally within the design or digital marketing sectors.
• Solid understanding of website design, logo creation, marketing, and SEO services.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Webflow, or design prototyping tools
• Experience selling web/mobile applications, SaaS products, or enterprise IT solutions
