Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Cairo for a Property Advisor. The Property Advisor will be responsible for managing property sales and rentals, providing investment advice, offering exceptional customer service, and maintaining property portfolios. Additional duties include conducting market research, handling property viewings, negotiating deals, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the real estate transaction process.

• Knowledge of Investments and Finance
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Relevant real estate certification is a plus
