Job Description Job Summary:

The Immigration Sales Consultant is responsible for promoting and selling immigration services to individuals seeking visas or permanent residency. This role requires a strong understanding of immigration laws and policies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients for immigration services.
• Promote and sell immigration products and services to prospective clients via phone, email, and in person.
• Conduct thorough consultations with prospective clients to assess their immigration needs, objectives, and eligibility criteria.
• Provide clear and precise guidance on immigration options, procedures, and requirements.
• Counsel clients with updated immigration information, providing clear and accurate information based on current immigration visa laws and policies.
• Provide a fair and neutral evaluation of a candidate's profile.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet individual and team targets.
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the immigration process.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Coordinate with legal and processing teams to ensure smooth client service.
• Assist clients in preparing and submitting required documentation for processing.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards sales objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest immigration laws, regulations, and policies in various target countries.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
• Ensure strict adherence to immigration laws and ethical standards in all client interactions.
• Uphold the highest levels of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the immigration or legal services sector.
• Strong understanding of immigration laws and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional negotiation and persuasive skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
