Role Overview:
The Sales Consultant is responsible for assisting clients through every stage of establishing and registering their businesses in the UAE. This includes advising on suitable legal structures, jurisdictions (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore), licensing options, and compliance requirements. The consultant serves as the main point of contact between clients and government authorities, ensuring a smooth and efficient company setup process.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Consultation & Advisory
- Conduct detailed consultations to understand client business goals, preferred structures, and budgets.
- Advise clients on the most appropriate jurisdiction and license type (Mainland, Free Zone, or Offshore).
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information on UAE company formation laws, documentation, and procedures.
2. Documentation & Application Coordination
- Gather, verify, and prepare all legal documents required for company registration.
- Coordinate with relevant government departments (DED, Free Zone Authorities, Immigration, MOHRE, etc.) for approvals and licensing.
- Monitor the progress of applications and ensure timely completion of all formalities.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term, professional relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Offer post-incorporation assistance such as visa services, bank account opening, and office selection.
- Ensure client satisfaction through consistent support, responsiveness, and service excellence.
4. Market Awareness & Continuous Development
- Stay updated with evolving UAE business regulations, tax requirements (VAT, Corporate Tax), and compliance policies.
- Research emerging trends, new setup opportunities, and competitor offerings to strengthen sales strategies.
5. Sales Growth & Revenue Targets
- Achieve individual and team targets for new business acquisition and conversion.
- Promote additional services, including VAT registration, corporate bank account setup, PRO support, sponsorship, and office leasing.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance client value.
6. Reporting & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate and organized records of leads, client communications, and sales closures in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular performance and sales reports for management review.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Proven experience in UAE business setup or company formation consultancy (Mainland and Free Zone).
- Strong understanding of UAE business regulations and licensing procedures.
- Excellent communication, sales negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
