About the Role:


We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support Specialist to join our banking client based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play an essential role in new customer acquisition; customer onboarding; ongoing relationship management; and customer satisfaction and efficiency, ensuring seamless client experiences and contributing to overall sales success.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Acquisition support: Support in application processing including document verification and remediation, company registration, application preparation including supporting in securing approvals following up with RCC/ GRC/ compliance as needed and majorly support in on-boarding customers and play major part of the program.


  • Business development : Manage a portfolio of customers with a view to growing and diversifying spends from the allocated companies through a combination of portfolio management activities as well as service to sales initiatives.


  • Customer service & Key Accounts: For the wider RM-managed portfolio - especially for the Key Accounts, this role will be responsible for service support and serve as a back-up for RMs. This also includes sending them periodic statements and bespoke reports requested by Key Accounts.


  • Product reports: Prepare monthly acquisition and portfolio MIS including customers, schemes as well as spends by category; and summarize insights to enable portfolio actions.


Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Graduate/Masters (Accounting/Finance degree preferred).
  • 5- 6 Years of Banking/Sales experience - customer service and sales
  • Customer service or card business experience.
  • Commercial Card experience
  • Proficient in MS-Excel
  • Familiarity with banking systems (core banking/ card processing, credit card, new customer acquisition, tele calling)
