Sales Consultant

At an important decision point, you help families understand their options and feel confident moving forward. Through thoughtful conversations and follow-up, you guide families through the enrollment decision with clarity and care. Your work supports enrollment growth while expanding access to high-quality early childhood education.

Role Overview:

Meaningful Beginnings Daycare Center is seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Consultant to grow enrollment and optimize our sales and marketing processes. This role will focus on increasing our enrollment pipeline, improving inquiry-to-enrollment conversions, leading our sales team, and supporting marketing initiatives that enhance our brand visibility and community engagement.

We are specifically looking for someone with strong experience using Monday.com to build workflows, dashboards, automations, and reporting systems that support sales performance and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

Enrollment & Sales Management

  • Grow the enrollment pipeline for each center.
  • Increase tour percentages for each center.
  • Implement and maintain CRM best practices.
  • Build and manage sales workflows, pipelines, dashboards, and automations within Monday.com.
  • Track KPIs and ensure accurate data management across the enrollment process.

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and run digital and community-based marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain online presence, including Google Business, SEO, social media, and reviews.
  • Coordinate seasonal campaigns and messaging aligned with our brand.

Community Engagement

  • Develop partnerships with local hospitals, OB/GYN offices, businesses, and family organizations.
  • Plan and host events to engage prospective and current families.
  • Ensure quality standards are met with current families through schedule calls.
  • Represent centers at community events to boost visibility.

Staff Enablement & Leadership

  • Train and support center directors and staff in high-converting tours, phone scripts, and relationship-based sales.
  • Ensure a consistent and excellent parent experience across all centers.
  • Hold the team accountable through KPIs, performance tracking, and structured reporting systems using Monday.com dashboards.

Data & Reporting

  • Build dashboards to track inquiries, tours, conversion rates, and enrollment capacity.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement targeted solutions to improve performance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales, enrollment, or marketing experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Monday.com (building boards, dashboards, automations, and reporting).
  • Strong CRM knowledge and data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and team leadership skills.
  • Highly organized with a results-oriented approach.
