Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop in-depth understanding of company products through training and continuous learning
  • Prepare and send professional proposals and quotations to customers
  • Actively follow up with customers to convert inquiries into confirmed orders
  • Negotiate prices with customers within company guidelines to achieve profitable sales
  • Identify market demand, customer needs, and emerging opportunities to position products effectively
  • Manage bulk sales by working closely with customers and building long-term relationships
  • Coordinate with internal teams (import, warehouse, and operations) for smooth order execution
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from customers as per agreed terms
  • Contribute towards building and strengthening the company’s brand reputation in the market
  • Manage and update company social media platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram)
  • Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to create product awareness and generate demand
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BBA, BCom, or related field preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and market trends
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and digital tools
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and follow-ups efficiently

Probation & Benefits

  • 3-month probation period
  • Permanent position based on performance
  • Provident Fund facility after confirmation
  • Sales commission will be provided based on performance and achieved targets.

Pay: Rs22,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month
