Sales Consultant - Bahwan IT LLC

Part of Suhail Bahwan Group, Bahwan IT is an established IT solutions and consulting provider, offering enterprise hardware/software, cybersecurity, cloud services, ERP, networking & digital transformation.

As a Sales Consultant at Bahwan IT, you will be responsible for driving sales of IT products and enterpriise solutions , including infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, cloud services, and software to corporate and government clients. Your role focuses on building strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, and converting leads into sales revenue. You will work closely with pre-sales, technical teams, and management to deliver tailored solutions and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify & Target Prospects: Research and target potential customers such as businesses, government departments, and key accounts.

Client Engagement: Meet prospective clients to understand their requirements and present IT solutions effectively.

Solution Selling: Recommend appropriate IT products and services (e.g., networking, security, cloud, data-center solutions) based on customer needs.

Sales Negotiation: Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals in line with company pricing and policies.

Maintain Relationships: Build long-term relationships with clients to support repeat business and referrals.

Sales Reporting: Track opportunities, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM or internal reporting tools.

Collaboration: Work closely with pre-sales engineers and service delivery teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.

Typical Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Experience: 1–5 years of sales experience, ideally in IT solutions, enterprise sales, or technology services.

Skills:

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong negotiation and deal-closing ability.

Customer-focused mindset

Familiarity with IT products/solutions preferred

CRM familiarity (Salesforce/HubSpot) is a plus

Pay: From RO300.000 per month
