Sales Consultant- Fitness

Drive new business and grow revenue by selling fitness equipment to gyms, boutique studios, corporate wellness programs, property managers, and other commercial clients. Act as a trusted consultant to understand client needs, propose tailored solutions, close deals, and support post-sale adoption.

  • Responsible for all aspects of client relationships, including sales to new/existing clients, establishing and maintaining relationships and customer support.
  • Promote, market, and sell the product portfolio in the specified strategic sales area.
  • Daily visits to the local market.
  • Gather market intelligence on new, existing, and future projects.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads and managers the sales cycle to deliver timely quotations and follow-ups to complete the sales process.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Attending team meetings and sharing best practices with colleagues.
Qualification, Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience; experience in fitness, sports, or related industries preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
