dynamic, energetic, and results-driven Sales Consultant
to champion our Memberships & Courses portfolio, the core of our purpose; to help people live healthier, happier, and more conscious lives. Role Purpose
To drive growth across Eclipse’s key revenue pillars — Memberships, Teacher Training Courses, Workshops, Thematic Travels, and Corporate Wellbeing Solutions — by delivering outstanding customer experiences and achieving 100% of monthly and annual sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Achievement & Growth

Deliver against monthly and annual sales objectives across Memberships, Courses, and other strategic revenue streams.

Meet or exceed all KPIs, including conversion, retention, profitability, and customer engagement.

Manage the full sales funnel — from lead generation to deal closure — across multiple touchpoints: walk-ins, telesales, WhatsApp, email, and social media.

Actively nurture leads, follow up with precision, and convert every opportunity into meaningful customer relationships.

Strategically promote the most profitable offerings (Courses, Workshops, Memberships, Corporate Packages, Online Programs).
2. Customer Engagement & Retention

Build trust and long-term relationships with every prospect and member/student.

Convert new customers by offering the right plan to meet their needs.

Retain and upgrade existing members while re-engaging inactive ones.

Deliver a “WOW” experience that reflects Eclipse’s premium standards and human approach.

3. Reporting & Insight

Master company systems to produce accurate, insight-driven sales reports.

Monitor team KPIs, financial performance, and conversion metrics to identify growth opportunities.

Maintain clear, daily updates on lead and prospect status for marketing alignment.
