Job Summary:

The Sales Associate – Off-Plan Property Sales is responsible for promoting and selling off-plan residential and commercial projects from leading UAE developers. The role involves prospecting new clients, conducting property presentations, and achieving sales targets through a deep understanding of project offerings, payment plans, and investment potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell off-plan properties
  • Identify potential investors and end users through networking, digital platforms, and referrals.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and project briefings to clients.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of current and upcoming projects, market trends, and competitive offerings.
  • Advise clients on property investment opportunities, payment plans, ROI, and handover timelines.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with developers and channel partners for new project launches and updates.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate client and sales records using CRM systems.
  • Ensure post-sale support including documentation coordination, SPA signing, and client follow-up.
  • Represent the company at property exhibitions, open houses, and promotional events.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2–4 years of real estate experience with a focus on off-plan property sales in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE real estate market, off-plan projects, and RERA regulations.
  • Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with investors and clients.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented personality.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages (Hindi, Urdu, Russian, Chinese, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred.
