The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating customer orders, facilitating communication between departments, and ensuring smooth operations of marine-related sales activities. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, sales representatives, logistics, and after-sales service teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications/Key Responsibilities

  • Must be available in the UAE
  • Must have at least 1 yr of experience as sales for Marine Spare Parts
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Act as the primary point of contact for marine sales inquiries, orders, and customer support.
  • Coordinate and process marine sales orders from quotation to delivery, including documentation and invoicing.
  • Sales, Marketing, and Negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of marine spare parts and the maritime industry
  • Client relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
