Sales Coordiator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and help improve productivity. The Sales Coordinator will handle administrative tasks, manage customer dealing, process orders, and assist in sales reporting and communication between internal departments and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team with administrative duties and customer service.
  • Prepare and process quotes, proposals, sales orders, and invoices.
  • Track sales leads, customer inquiries, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely order delivery.
  • Monitor sales targets and generate regular performance reports.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and product demos.
  • Assist in planning and executing sales events or campaigns.
  • Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align on promotional strategies.
