Roles and Responsibilities of a Sales Executive – Medical Equipment:

1. Sales & Business Development

o Identify and approach potential clients such as hospitals, clinics, sports centres, and healthcare centers.

o Online leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

o Identify and target new business opportunities in assigned territory.

2. Client Relationship Management

o Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

o Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and regular business.

3. Product Demonstration & Education

o Conduct product demonstrations for doctors.

o Educate clients on product usage, features, and benefits.

o Stay updated on technical specifications of products.

4. Sales Target Achievement

o Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.

o Prepare and follow up on proposals and quotations.

5. Reporting

o Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

o Maintain detailed records of sales activity using CRM software.

6. Collaboration & Coordination

o Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, service, and marketing.

o Work closely with technical and service teams for product installation and support.

7. Travel & Territory Management

o Travel within assigned territories to visit clients.

o Efficiently manage time and resources to cover multiple locations.

8. Technical Understanding & Compliance

o Gain in-depth knowledge of device specifications, certifications (CE, FDA), and safety standards.

o Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements during sales and delivery.

9. Order & Inventory Management

o Track orders from placement to delivery and ensure timely fulfillment.

o Collaborate with warehouse/logistics to manage inventory levels in line with demand.

10. CRM and Sales Tracking

o Maintain up-to-date customer data in CRM systems.

o Record client interactions, follow-ups, and status updates.

11. Training & Development

o Continuously upgrade knowledge of new technologies, competitor products, and market trends.

12. Customer Feedback & Product Improvement

o Gather feedback on product performance and relay to product or R&D teams.

o Identify common issues or gaps in product features.

13. Support Marketing Efforts

o Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and medical conferences.

o Distribute promotional materials and assist in campaign planning.

14. Post-Installation Follow-up

o Ensure proper handover and commissioning of equipment.

o Conduct periodic follow-ups to assess satisfaction and encourage repeat sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
