Job Title: Sales Coordinator (with Career Progression to Sales Team Member)

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and highly organized Sales Coordinator to join our growing Sales Team. In this role, you will start by learning the coordination function alongside our experienced team members, gaining valuable exposure to sales processes, client management, and operational support. Over time, as you develop expertise and confidence, you will be encouraged to gradually transition into a sales-facing role, becoming a key contributor to revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and adapt quickly by assisting senior team members in managing end-to-end sales coordination.
  • Coordinate the processing of proposals, invoices, and other documents, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries with accurate information, pricing, and assignment updates.
  • Maintain and organize trackers, records, and documentation for reporting and monitoring purposes.
  • Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and sales-related documentation.
  • Assist in scheduling sales meetings, preparing agendas, and circulating materials in advance.
  • Follow up with internal departments (logistics, finance, marketing, etc.) to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Address client concerns with professionalism, escalating issues where necessary to ensure resolution.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify bottlenecks and contribute ideas for improving efficiency.
  • Ensure all activities align with company policies, compliance, and legal requirements.
  • Actively support sales targets by coordinating effectively and gradually taking on more direct sales activities as part of career growth.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
  • Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales support, coordination, or administrative role. Fresh graduates with strong learning agility will also be considered.
