Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator with experience in the plywood and tiles sector to support the sales team in order processing, client communication, and dealer coordination. The role requires knowledge of building material products, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain smooth communication between clients, dealers, and the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Coordinate with dealers, distributors, and customers for order status and requirements.
• Handle product-related inquiries, pricing, and availability.
• Maintain and update sales data, dealer records, and monthly reports.
• Ensure timely follow-up with clients for payments and delivery schedules.
• Liaise with logistics, accounts, and warehouse teams for order execution.
• Track sales performance, targets, and prepare MIS reports for management.
• Support marketing and promotional activities for plywood and tile products.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination within plywood, tiles, laminates, or building material industry.
• Strong product knowledge of plywood/tiles and related building materials.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of ERP/CRM preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
