Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Sales Coordinator with a Mechanical Engineering background to support our sales operations. This role acts as a vital link between our technical, production, and sales teams, ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality responses to client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare technical proposals, product selections, and commercial quotations for HVAC equipment and systems.
• Support the sales team with technical data, product specifications, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, design, production) to align customer requirements with Finpower offerings.
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to prepare accurate quotations and submittals.
• Handle client inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups on proposals and submissions.\Maintain and organize documentation, CRM entries, and sales reports.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and project managers during tendering and execution stages.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).
• 2–5 years of experience in technical sales coordination, preferably in the HVAC or MEP industry.
• Sound knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical equipment.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of AutoCAD or HVAC selection software is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Team player with a proactive and customer-focused approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
