Sales Coordinator

Job description:

  • Store Maintenance, Stock recording, ordering, tracking of items, parked items in hospitals.
  • Maintaining record of cases detail, invoicing & delivery notes.
  • Keeping track of instruments, implants delivery & returns.
  • Quotation & letter preparation.
  • Must provide support in Tender preparation / Documentation.
  • Preparation of weekly / Month / Yearly sales Reports.
  • Coordinate with Sales team & Manager.
  • Maintain Meeting Schedules of team.
  • Can work under pressure.


Requirements:

Must be excellent at MS Word, Excel, Power-point. SAP knowledge would be a plus.

Qualification: Minimum Bachelors

Experience: Min 1year - 2 Years

Priority will be given to those who have a Medical background or Working experience in Medical field.
