Sales Coordinator

Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales operations by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth communication with customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and process customer purchase orders in the system.
  • Prepare and send quotations and price offers to customers.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to organize and arrange invoice
  • Follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.

Qualifications & Requirements :

  • Saudi National.
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)

Skills

  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic ERP systems is an advantage.
