We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Coordinator with proven tele-sales expertise to be the central link between our clients, sales team, and operations. This role is critical for driving sales growth through proactive lead management and flawless sales administration. The ideal candidate will be a key player in converting inquiries into confirmed orders and ensuring an exceptional customer experience..

· Proactive Tele-sales & Lead Management: Actively make and receive tele-sales calls to engage new leads, diligently follow up on existing quotations, and persistently pursue opportunities to convert leads into confirmed sales.

· Sales Coordination Hub: Serve as the primary point of coordination for sales inquiries, order processing, and delivery schedules between clients and internal departments (logistics, operations).

· Quotation & Order Processing: Expertly prepare, process, and manage accurate quotations, sales orders, and related documentation in a timely manner.

· CRM & Sales Reporting: Meticulously maintain and update the customer database, sales records, and activity reports using MS Excel and the company's CRM system to ensure data integrity and provide actionable insights.

· Sales Target Support: Play a vital supporting role in helping the sales team achieve and exceed its targets through efficient lead qualification, timely client communication, and administrative excellence.

· After-Sales Support: Provide seamless after-sales coordination and customer service support to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
