Responsibilities

1. Sales Framework Implementation & Coordination

  • Assist in rolling out the new sales structure across clinics and hospitals, ensuring consistency in sales execution and patient engagement.
  • Collaborate with Senior Patient Admin Executives to achieve monthly revenue targets for assigned departments/doctors.
  • Align and track daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs with Senior Patient Admin Executives to ensure performance optimization.

2. Sales Support & CRM Management

  • Coordinate timely and consistent lead follow-ups via WhatsApp, calls, and CRM systems.
  • Support the conversion of leads from Tier 1 consultations to confirmed bookings and treatments.
  • Maintain accurate and updated customer data in the CRM and coordinate with the Call Center Supervisor to align agent activity with sales goals.

3. Cross-functional Collaboration & Business Development Support

  • Collaborate with marketing on promotions, upselling tactics, and sales initiatives.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities across services (e.g., wellness, surgery) to strengthen patient retention.

4. Reporting & Performance Support

  • Consolidate sales performance data across all locations, analyze trends, and highlight areas needing improvement.
  • Prepare reports and recommendations to support branch managers.
  • Assist in incentive considerations for staff exceeding performance targets.

5. Administrative & Operational Support

  • Provide administrative support, including organizing alignment meetings, preparing documentation, and managing sales-related materials.
  • Support coordination among clinics, marketing, operations, and external partners to ensure smooth execution of sales processes.
