Sales Coordinator

Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator with experience in the packaging industry to support the sales team in managing client accounts, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring timely delivery of packaging solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports for flexible packaging products.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure order fulfillment.
• Maintain client records and follow up on orders, invoices, and deliveries.
• Assist in resolving client queries related to packaging specifications and timelines.
• Support sales campaigns, product launches, and customer meetings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years in a sales support or coordination role in packaging.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
