Position Summary
The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of the sales process s per company’s Sales Policy across all distributors and direct customers determined. This includes demand processing, invoicing, supply coordination with the Finished Goods Warehouse, and maintaining accurate sales and financial records through the enterprise system. The sales Coordinator will act for facilitating order fulfillment, quick response to queries in lieu thereof Sales, addressing complaints, and capturing feedback. Analyzing reports and subsequent monthly, quarterly and yearly representations on Sales Targets and Achievement of all distributors and Teams. Additionally, the role requires daily task planning, updating progress on Planner 365 and Microsoft Teams 365,, preparing periodic analysis of sales targets and achievements reports/presentations and reporting to the National Sales Manager or Director Sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Order & Demand Processing
 Receive, verify, and process sales demands/orders from distributors and direct customers determined in the enterprise system.
 Ensure alignment of distributor orders with assigned unit sales targets.
 Coordinate with Finished Goods Warehouse for timely preparation of delivery challans and dispatch of supplies.
 Evaluate FG Inventory and maintain demand list of Products manufacturing as per Unit Sales Targets and Demands received or anticipated.
2. Invoicing & Documentation
 Generate invoices, receipts, and ledgers in the enterprise system accurately.
 Maintain up-to-date sales records, stock movement, and financial documentation.
 Ensure all distribution-related documents (delivery challans, receipts, returns, etc.) are properly archived and retrievable.
3. Sales Support & Coordination
 Act as a central communication point by establishing workflow in Sales.
 Facilitate smooth supply chain operations by resolving bottlenecks and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
 Follow-up from demand to supply and communication to Sales Team, Distributors and Customers.
 Track distributor complaints, feedback, and queries, ensuring prompt resolution.
4. Task & Activity Management
 Assign, update, and monitor daily team activities on Planner 365.
 Ensure own and team tasks are completed within timelines and documented for reporting.
 Support Sales Managers by tracking their team’s performance, order processing status, and pending issues.
5. Reporting & Analysis
 Submit daily and weekly activity reports to the National Sales Manager / Director Sales.
 Provide consolidated sales demand and supply reports across all distributors & Customers.
 Share insights from distributor feedback, complaints, and supply issues for management decision-making.
 Preparing periodic analysis of sales targets and achievements reports and presentations
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
 Accuracy and timeliness of demand processing and invoicing.
 On-time coordination of supplies from Finished Goods Warehouse.
 Efficiency in handling distributor complaints and feedback.
 Timely and accurate reporting to NSM / Director Sales.
 Planner 365 and Microsoft Teams 365 task completion rate (own and team).
 Distributor satisfaction with sales coordination support.
 Accurate analysis of Targets, Achievements and SWOT.
Qualifications & Experience
 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
 3–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Support, or Supply Chain (pharmaceutical preferred).
 Strong understanding of sales processes, invoicing, and distribution systems.
 Proficiency in enterprise systems (ERP), MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), In page and Planner 365 and Microsoft Teams 365.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
