We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our growing team of Spectrum International LLC. The ideal candidate will support our Sales departments by managing client communications, coordinating orders, and ensuring smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support:

Assist the Sales team with daily sales activities and administrative tasks.

Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner.

Process sales transactions and handle payments accurately.

Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and related documentation.

Handle inquiries, confirm orders, and resolve basic service issues.

Maintain and update customer records in the sales system.

Follow up with clients and coordinate with the Sales team to ensure timely responses.

Support in preparing sales reports and tracking sales performance.

Customer Relationship Management:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Act as a point of contact for client concerns and coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick resolution.

Operations Coordination:

Coordinate order processing, tracking, and delivery to ensure timely fulfillment.

Work closely with Operations and Technical teams to align project timelines and requirements.

Maintain data accuracy across all sales and order tracking systems.

Monitor ongoing projects and follow up to ensure deadlines and client expectations are met.

Administrative Support:

Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.

Manage general administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and scheduling appointments.

Maintain and update the Sales Order / Quotation summary report.

Liaise between Sales, Operations, and other departments to ensure effective communication and workflow.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.

1–5 years of experience in a Sales Coordination or Sales Support role (preferably in Fire & Safety, Construction, or related industries).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage.

Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.

Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
