Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized female Sales Coordinator fluent in Arabic (and English) with Experience 2-3 years to support and enhance our sales operations. The ideal candidate will assist the sales team in daily tasks, maintain excellent communication with clients and internal departments, and ensure smooth workflow across all sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks.
  • Respond to client inquiries (phone, email, in‑person) in Arabic and English; ensure high quality customer service.
  • Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, leads, orders, and contracts in CRM or internal systems.
  • Coordinate meetings, sales calls, presentations, and follow‑ups with clients.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, reports, dashboards and performance metrics for management review.
  • Liaise between departments (Marketing, Logistics, Finance, Customer Support etc.) to ensure sales orders are processed, delivered, and any issues resolved.
  • Monitor order processing and delivery timelines; alert relevant stakeholders of delays.
  • Assist in sales forecasting and planning.
  • Support in promotional campaigns, events, or trade shows as required.
  • Maintain and organize sales materials, documentation, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, and assist in improving workflows and processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
